1. Updating voter list with photo: District Election Officer, Jhenaidah, according to the schedule, the voters 'information collected for voters' information by collecting data, voters can submit voter registration by filing the form no. 02 and fill the voter slip to take photographs. Every voter registration process is completed after taking photographs. Apart from this, arrangements have been made for voter transfer, national identification card, and getting lost national identity cards.

2. National Identity Card Distribution: National Identity Cards from the National ID card wing division of Dhaka by Wipel's election office, Kotchandpur, Jhenaidah are distributed among the voters.

3. Parliamentary elections, upazila parishad elections, municipal elections and the election of union parishad elections

(A) District Election Officer, Jhenaidah election schedule and selection criteria and forms distributed in return for returning officers.

(B) Distribution between ballot papers, transparent ballot box, picking material, election materials, returning officers, and voting officers from the District Election Office.

(C) Preparation and finalization of a list of polling stations for different elections

(D) Preparation of list of voting officers and completion of all tasks for their election training.

(E) Collection of results after the election and copy of all concerned including Election Commission Secretariat, District Election Office.

(F) To send electoral results through intranet to the Election Commission Secretariat. Also, complete the different activities in the direction received from the Election Commission and the District Election Office.
